Milwaukee Parental School Choice Program
Veritas Academy will
participate in the Milwaukee “school choice” program. This program allows us to
provide a superb education to students who might not otherwise be able to afford it;
participation underscores the Catholic character of our endeavor.
Charitable Status under Federal Law
Veritas Academy is recognized under
federal law as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. Contributions are deductible to
the extent provided for by law.
Status as a private school under
Wisconsin law
Veritas Academy is a private,
independent school, incorporated under the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Veritas Academy receives no funding, nor is it
otherwise supported, subsidized, governed, or affiliated with the Sacred Heart of Jesus
Parish, nor the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Milwaukee, nor any other organization.
Nondiscrimination Policy
Veritas Academy admits students of any

and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not
discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion or national or ethnic origin in the
administration of its educational policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletic
